Review: Tri Pane installed windows in my home in November, 2009. There is a lifetime warranty on the insulating glass. In June of 2014 I noted a stress fracture on one of the windows and requested a replacement under the warranty. I was asked to send photos of the damage as well as the NFRC certificate . This information was provided on June **, 2014. I was told the window would be replaced under the warranty. I spoke with a representative of Tri Pane on 2 occasions in July, 2014 and was told each time that the window was ordered and I would be notified regarding a date for installation. Since that time I have made several attempts to contact Tri Pane and left messages, however have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Honor the warranty and install replacement window.

Review: Tri -pane installed a front door to my home in the summer 2014. I recently noticed that a lot of cold air is coming into the home from the underneath the door. I contacted a person named [redacted] (the liaison between myself and the actual person who installed the door). I told [redacted] the problem I was experiencing and was told that [redacted] (the person who installed the door) would contact me. I waited for a week, no response. I called and spoke to [redacted] again and was told the same thing. I waited another week, same results. This went on for 3 weeks. I decided that I was going to take it over their heads and I spoke to [redacted], who I believe is a [redacted]. [redacted] apologized, said he would contact [redacted] and have him call me to come and resolve the issue. I waited a week and nothing. I contacted [redacted] again, and this time [redacted] called me. [redacted] told me he would come and look at the door on 2/**/15. He never showed, neither did he call. I have reached out to [redacted] and left a message for him to call me back, no response. Now, I am fed up and I am tired of the run around. Please help!Desired Settlement: Repair
