Fiat of Scottsdale has been in touch with *** since receiving this notice. We have also been in contact with FCA who told us they have deleted her file and turned it over to us. We have offered *** what she said she requested. Tires at cost but as of September 8, 2017, she has
refused this offer. We sent her the quote showing the list price and the net cost. We have now told her that she can go to discount tire and that we will pay her a toward their lower price. As a dealership of imports, we have no control over the age of tires that a manufacturer puts on their product. We are trying to work with MsMissonellie. Coye P***General Manager Tell us why here

Mr***, your tire assure policy was never intended to be used for wear and tear. It did not cover that. It was a road hazard warranty on your tires, therefore in any case, you would have had to blown all for tires at the same time for it to pay for new tires. Your tires were years old and the policy had expired. I am willing to cut you a check for $for goodwill. Sincerely, Coye P***General Manager

it still is unacceptable that such responses had to go through the reputable company of the Revdex.comThe customer care and humility for a once satisfied customer was non existentIt was very unfortunate that I had gotten no communication from this dealership and will strongly consider NOT to invite anyone to do any such business with this dealership as it has a "take your money and run" mentality with an absolute no interest in follow through

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] for inconvenience he may have experienced trying to contact our finance department.  Mr. [redacted] purchased his vehicle on June 14, 2012.  At that time he purchased a Tire Assure policy for his vehicle.  This policy...

is a 3 year policy and it expired a year and a half ago on July 30, 2015.  Therefore, any tire problems that he has encountered since that time, and I believe he stated his problem occurred on December 6, 2016, is the problem of Mr. [redacted].   If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####. Sincerely, Coye P[redacted]General Manager

this is a pathetic response from this business. I never offered to accept tires at cost! I originally asked how much new tires were cause I wasn't aware about the age of tires. I just had service done at this dealership and their technician wouldn't even rotate the tires and wrote on invoice because they were 5 years old. The comment I made was they didn't even attempt to do right by offering at cost but they should own their mistake of selling me a brand new vehicle with old tires to start... it's not what I would have accepted. Would anyone be ok with taking 3 year old tires on a new car?? And now they offer me at cost which is higher number than when I asked in first place when I thought I had to replace.. I'm done dealing with them. She's just as rude as their manager.
