I have attached a photo of the roof Tri Pow'r installed that was taken two days after heavy rain, please note the pooling. Unfortunate Tri Powr lies and fails to honor 5 year workmanship warranty. We have had 2 engineers review the shoddy work and several qualified roofers. Tri Powr is well known in the area, we would hope they would honor their word. It is a lie that the roofer performed a favor for us he was paid in full for the re-roofing work and was one of 3 bids on the job. The roofer repeatedly lies and fails to honor his 5-year workmanship warranty on the roof. In fact, Tri Pow'rs insurance has informed us that this roofer was not insured to work on roofs in the historic district of the Village of Catskill, so we were lied to in this also. Therefore, we will have to demand that he return of our payment so we can repair his shoddy work.
