I have rented from tri for over seven yrs never have had a problem with the companyThey always fix things when I call and it is always done right the first timeSo I would recommend them to all who need a place to live

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my complaint I had sent a certified letter to TRI prior to reporting
them to Revdex.com I had not heard back from them in over a month which is why I reported them I received a check from them in the mail yesterday for the full amount I had requested to be refunded to me This matter has been resolved

Was a tenant for 2 and a half years, cleaned the place top to bottom, my neighbor even commented on how clean it looked and smelled. In all honesty it looked better than when I got it, but they're charging me for things that are normal wear and tear after so many years. I have never not gotten my deposit back from any of my landlords. They never fully fixed a leak, a car backed into the house and wasn't fixed properly, there's no way to control the heat in the upstairs so your stuck with it at 95° in summer, the flooring was weak, and the stairs were especially bad. They're charging me $111 when I improved their apartment and only caused normal wear and tear, which is illegal in the state of Colorado.

TRI has been in constant communication with said tenant/s via the following ways: meeting in TRI office, emails, and letters posted to the tenants door, as well as phone calls. The tenant is fully aware of all terms and conditions of the lease agreement regarding when rent is due and payable. Due to the Privacy Act we are unable to discuss the lease agreement.
