First the boat has been delivered It is at his Marina now The boat is years old and was in need of tremendous amount of work Two seasons ago we recommended heatexchanger and exhaust over haul They were clogged and was having an overheat issueThis caused a sever overheat and burnt all exhaust out of boat including the mufflers glassed to the deckAnother company repaired that and we replaced turbos and engine parts Last season the complaint was only kn at WOT Props and running rear had not been done in years Cleats were loose and bilge pumps out etc We took the boat to a local marina so it would be closer running gear was rebuilt Hot water heater and electric to heater had burned we replaced Running lights were shorted we replaced Cl;eats were re bedded All thru hulls were serviced and or replaced if needed The exhaust that was previously repaired had to be re done Pics of all this is here and customer was informed of issues His electronics are older also and not giving the right informationSteve

I have been working with customer.With all the cursing and stating wish we would die I wasn't going to respond Now that things are calm downed I will work with him somw what We refunded his money for air filters our mistake he was charged twicePart of this negotiation is having negative press retracted If he keeps this up we might as well go to court.The risers he states he was charged for he was not I sent him that info I have also asked to inspect boat he has not agreed at this time.We all have to remember the boat is old We did a lot oif work and he sea trailed boat with us He also spent the night on the boat here at marina and inspected the work None of these complasits came untill a transmission failed that had metal in oil and he was told about by two different surveyors.I will still go mover thing but not just sending 15,because he feels I should

[Your Answer Here] this still has not been even close to resolvedyes we did sleep on the boat the night before we took it, however,much of what is wrong has been found out over timeno one can just look at an engine and say it is fineyou can find things out after using the boat over some time.only then one can investigate and find out what the issues aresteves marine states they want someone to come look at the boatthat is fine with me but I need to know he is sending a very qualified techand I would be happy to go over each complaint at a timeI will state this again as I did in my origstatementit is possible Steve thinks all was done but I am telling him it was notno one was watching the tech close enough to know

Another company repaired that and we replaced turbos and engine parts.  Last season the complaint was only 24 kn at WOT.  Props and running rear had not been done in years.  Cleats were loose and bilge pumps out etc.  We took the boat to a local marina so it would be closer running gear was rebuilt.  Hot water heater and electric to heater had burned we replaced.  Running lights were shorted we replaced.  Cl;eats were re bedded.  All thru hulls were serviced and or replaced if needed.  The exhaust that was previously repaired had to be re done.  Pics of all this is here and customer was informed of issues.  His electronics are older also and not giving the right information. Steve
