I am rejecting this response because:The Mfg has confirmed this item has been available.  We have never heard of any contract being ordered and other than our pricing contracts, would not have anything like that in place.  We try to order 2 pks per month which I sent all our correspondence to you letting you know how difficult they are to work with.  They never return our calls and keep telling us the manf is on backorder which was untrue.  Now they tell you that they have asked us questions about quanity  issues which have never happened.  Please have them supply you with written proof of what they are stating ( ie emails to us and from us)  The only proof is that they did deliver the product on Feb 3rd but even at that, they sent it on the wrong po which caused the hospital receiving and accounting problems.  They sent it on a po that they had already filled. We are just wanting to let others know that this vendor does not deliver perfect standing with you and we deal with many vendors all day long working in a Hospital purchasing dept. Thanks

Response:The infant security bands were delivered today, February 3rd 2016. We do not keep these items in stock. This means that the product has to be ordered each time there is a request. I would like to state that we have asked the customer numerous times if they were sure that 2 or 4 packages (50...

or 100 bands) was all that they wanted. This question came up due to the frequency of order requests. Also, our V.P. of Sales offered the customer a service contract 8 months ago, that would have taken care of these items. We were told each time that the answer was no due to budgets.

Review: We order our newborn security bands from this company and they tell us they are coming and they don't or say they will get back to us with an eta and they don't. Meanwhile our hospital runs out and it is a security risk for our newborns. At this time I am emailing them every day from an order placed 12-8-15 and [redacted] is the person that I always get transferred to as no one else in the company can give you information.

The purchase order we are dealing with right now is from December. We are in the process of searching for other distributors to start purchasing from as we have never seen such poor customer service skills.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the [redacted] we purchased on the 8th of December or have an honest answer to why they aren't able to deliver product.
