One by one my cabinet drawers are breakingThey would come off track and hang down The plastic rear mounted brackets are all cracking in half The way that Tri-Star installed the brackets was that they shot staples down the middle of the bracket to secure it to the back of the cabinet On the brackets, there are holes for screws to secure the brackets to the back of the cabinet Because Tri-star put the staples where they shouldn’t be, this caused them the split right down the middle, making the drawers not open or close Not one of my drawers were installed correctly using the bracket holes and screwsThey are all stapled down the center and are all slowly breaking with timeWe have been able to glue the brackets back together but those are also breaking
When I contacted Tri-Star, they had no interest in seeing photos of their shoddy workmanship, nor did they offer replacement bracketsWhat they did offer me was a price plus the cost of shipping for new brackets, or if I would like to pick the brackets up at their facilityVery poor customer service

The complaint is regarding "2" hinges that do not line up perfectly on one cabinet.
We used exposed...

hinges that were supplied by the customer. These are hinges that are no longer produced and we have not used for over 20 years. All current hinges that we now use are concealed(not noticeable when looking at cabinetry).
When we did use the exposed type of hinge years ago, we had a standard practice of spacing the hinges 1/4" closer toward the top and bottom edge of doors 10" tall or LESS. This would lessen sagging of the doors by spacing the hinges further apart. The customers doors are 9" tall. This is why the hinges do not line up.
We will however, send out a service tech to see if he is able to move the hinges that may be off 1/4" or less from being even. The service order has been initiated and a phone message has already been left at the customers home phone number to contact us.

If they do what they have said and align the hinges thats what I have been trying to get them to do. time will tell they have not yet set a date for the repair
