Complaint: Other problems got fix but still has issue with wifi
Date of service: 03/13/2014, ***, repair action: replaced main board, all function test passed
We had this unit came back to us for second repair with wifi issue on 4/4/
Repair action: we check entire unit again and ran all diagnostic tests but found nothing wrong, for more than a week of testing when connected to three different routers, wifi signal are strong and did not drop at allNo error message displayUnit was sent back to customer as NTF (no trouble found), RCA report ***We called customer on Monday 4/28/to follow up the issue and he said everything work fine with computer
I believe the issue has been resolvedWe do have days warranty repair for our service so customer should contact us first if there were any issues

Review: Had my Toshiba laptop in for repairs and seem to fix most of the problems and some I did not even know I had; however that did not fix the wifi problem or even noting that they looked at it and it was the number 2 problem noted on my paperwork. And guess what the wifi still does not work right.Desired Settlement: The problem would be resolved if Toshiba hired people that could repair their laptops or byn Toshiba refunding my money.
