I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Revdex.com:I was contacted by the door manufacturer ([redacted]) earlier this week who presented me with another solution.  Apparently, the insert trim is available in metal (for hot climate regions), which should resolve our issue.  The metal trim was ordered, with a tentative delivery of 2-3 weeks.  I do not consider this issue resolved until the the new trim is delivered and installed.Sincerely, [redacted]
