Good Afternoon,After receiving the notice of this complaint, I looked into the account that was referencedI did not see any notes in the account to indicate that we had been contacted by the customer prior to receiving this complaintI reached out by phone and email in order to resolve this matter, and have cancelled out the account [redacted] Our intent is not to obligate anyone to purchase any unwanted photos, and we are more than happy to resolve any issues concerning orders placed with our companyI did not get the opportunity to speak directly to [redacted] , but have let him know I would be available to discuss any further questions he may have, and that his account has been closed[redacted] **Tri-Star Event PhotoCustomer Service
