Tri Star Heating & Air Conditioning

Was at my house for fifteen minutes (15) Charged me trip charge and for labor not to mention the cost of material How do you add 2.5lbs of coolant with a total time at my house of minutes Did not even come in the house to check the blower or the coils Never quoted me a trip charge with labor He also did this without me being there, hit my wife for the bill knowing I would disagree I called and gave him a chance to explain, he stayed on the cost of the material which was irrelevant

Beware!! Unethical, unprofessional, not knowledgable , disrespectful and belligerent!
Jamey from Tri-Star Heating and Air conditioning was called to my home for a furnace that was not putting out heat and a cleaning He was told that the thermo coupler was cleaned He then said that he too cleaned it after we already did so and he removed the furnace filterThe furnace began to put out heat He told my husband that he didn't know what the problem was He did not clean The furnaceJamey was here for about minutesJamey charged us $ The furnace gave us heat for dayWhen I woke up this morning we had no heat again! The problem was not fixed! And we were out of $134! I feel taken! When I call Jamey to let him know that our furnace wasn't working again and that I felt we were overcharged, he was disrespectful, obnoxious and belligerent to me over the phone He said to me "there is no way I am lowering the bill" He talked over me and told me to * * off! Very unprofessional! I do not recommend this person or the businessBeware!
No warranty Didn't take *** *** Even though it's legal to pass on the merchant credit card fee to the consumer, He did so when using our debit card to pay and I don't care for that type of business
