This company came to us offering us their product about months agoThen about months after they first offered it to us they just showed up at our property and started to set up their ladders and other equipmentWhen we saw them doing this we asked them why? Their response was that their boss had told them to come and do the workAt this point we hadn't even received a bid, therefore we didn't even know how much this project was going to cost and they were just going to be doing the work with out a price quoted or agreed on? We then asked for them for the actual proposal or job bidAfter we asked them for the bid, they did get it to us with in the next weekJohn Honeycutt was our salesman's nameAfter accepting and approving their bid we were not able to get a certificate of current workman's comp coverage to move forward with the workWe contacted them multiple times, at least phone calls, to try and retrieve this workman's comp information from them Our company requires liability insurance, tax id information and workman's comp insurance in order for us to use you as a vendor in our systemAfter months they were still unable to provide this informationAfter the last call that we made to them today, March 25th 2016, I first asked Lisa who answered the phone for our salesman, she then informed me that our salesman from months ago no longer works for themI then asked to speak to who would have been his bossLisa stated that she was his boss, so I then asked her about receiving this workman's comp information that we have been waiting on for months, she also happens to be the person who had been working on getting this to us for months, and her response was that she still didn't have itI told her that she either had it and we needed to get it scheduled or we would move on and take our business elsewhere that we could not wait any longerHer response was to take our business elsewhereI would be careful with allowing a company on any property without proof of workman's comp insuranceWouldn't be surprised if they aren't in business much longer

This company came to us offering us their product about 11 months ago. Then about 5 months after they first offered it to us they just showed up at our property and started to set up their ladders and other equipment. When we saw them doing this we asked them why? Their response was that their boss had told them to come and do the work. At this point we hadn't even received a bid, therefore we didn't even know how much this project was going to cost and they were just going to be doing the work with out a price quoted or agreed on? We then asked for them for the actual proposal or job bid. After we asked them for the bid, they did get it to us with in the next week. John Honeycutt was our salesman's name. After accepting and approving their bid we were not able to get a certificate of current workman's comp coverage to move forward with the work. We contacted them multiple times, at least 10 phone calls, to try and retrieve this workman's comp information from them. Our company requires liability insurance, tax id information and workman's comp insurance in order for us to use you as a vendor in our system. After 2 months they were still unable to provide this information. After the last call that we made to them today, March 25th 2016, I first asked Lisa who answered the phone for our salesman, she then informed me that our salesman from 2 months ago no longer works for them. I then asked to speak to who would have been his boss. Lisa stated that she was his boss, so I then asked her about receiving this workman's comp information that we have been waiting on for 2 months, she also happens to be the person who had been working on getting this to us for 2 months, and her response was that she still didn't have it. I told her that she either had it and we needed to get it scheduled or we would move on and take our business elsewhere that we could not wait any longer. Her response was to take our business elsewhere. I would be careful with allowing a company on any property without proof of workman's comp insurance. Wouldn't be surprised if they aren't in business much longer.
