I hired the company for a roof inspection and to fix a leak that just started in my master bedroom. They said "You just have some loose nails, we?ll pull them, and put screws and glue for $550". Months later, I call back to get them to come back out to look at some wood on the same roof, that is rotted. The roof is falling in. I got yelled at by the woman on the phone saying it?s not there fault, she?s said they?ll be out the next day and they never came days after this review ways posted on home ***.*** the same woman called me saying that I reviewed the wrong tri star roofing. Of course there was no way it was possible because it was saved on my profile as a contractor I had hired. SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND HEAD ACHE DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE they have even been kicked off home ***.
4/21/2017 We performed a repair and maintenance on the roof successfully fixing the an existing leak by sealing under the shingles with sealants. We are a five star rated company currently on *** with 459 reviews five stars since 2007 and very an active company therefore this is a false statement. Please remove this review as he has made false accusations and intentionally misleading the potential future customers. After Harvey storms he had apparently had issues with siding wood that he said we missed and we needed to fix. There is another Tristar Roofing that he called and they were the ones who called me to say this client reached them. After Harvey we were super swamped I explained that wood work on siding walls were not part of our original proposal and this would be a new repair quote. With all of the existing circumstances I called him and he said not to come. I apologize for any misunderstanding and We successfully completed his repairs on the roof and stopped the leak without any complaints. Now 8 months later he post a false review! With these false statements I am requesting this review be removed! Please review our company on *** whom we incorporated our company in June to Tri-Star Residential Commercial Roofing Inc with 459 ratings and who is active and was NEVER EVER removed from ***!
