Second my window has a full 1 1/4 inch solid wood frame 360 degrees around these windows are extremely heavy (very good quality) to ensure proper support we remove old fill (wood ) and if you look dry wall stops at original frame and mount fresh wood to ensure no sagging in the future, I looked at the pictures and install is beautiful. Contract states that areas around windows stops and trim may require painting .

I have 6 great windows and one I hate! That one window will not allow me to install my air conditioner unit and this was explained to the salesman and pointed out in the walk-thru while the unit was still installed. The salesmans was not listening to my main concern.On the day the windows were installed and I notices that one window was wrong, I contacted the salesman and he wanted more money & time to make up a new window.later that day the owner of the company came to my house to resolve the problem by offering me a $100 refund to purchase another air conditioner unit.I did not accept the discount and needless to say Im unhappy with there treatment and this one window!
