I think the facts speak for themselvesTri State Auto deceivingly sold me a vehicle that they didn't know what was wrong with it (warning lights on)After many return visits they admitted they really didn't know what was wrong with itThey sent me to another dealership to diagnose it ( [redacted] )They have not returned calls or email correspondence with me to get these repairs taken care ofI was told by [redacted] the car should not be drivenThey also told me that car should never have been sold in that conditionThe brakes were that badI repaired the brakesTri State should reimburse meThe catalytic converter is still in need of replacingThey should pay to have this replacedThe simple factThe warning lights were on the day I test drove itThey assured me they car would be checked over (and repaired) before I drove it off the lotThe lights did not go awayI phoned the very next dayI returned for several visitsI was knowingly lied to each and every timeThey said it would be repaired before I bought itThis was not done

I think the facts speak for themselves. Tri State Auto deceivingly sold me a vehicle that they didn't know what was wrong with it (warning lights on). After many return visits they admitted they really didn't know what was wrong with it. They sent me to another dealership to diagnose it ([redacted]). They have not returned calls or email correspondence with me to get these repairs taken care of. I was told by [redacted] the car should not be driven. They also told me that car should never have been sold in that condition. The brakes were that bad. I repaired the brakes. Tri State should reimburse me. The catalytic converter is still in need of replacing. They should pay to have this replaced. The simple fact. The warning lights were on the day I test drove it. They assured me they car would be checked over (and repaired) before I drove it off the lot. The lights did not go away. I phoned the very next day. I returned for several visits. I was knowingly lied to each and every time. They said it would be repaired before I bought it. This was not done.
