Review: On April **, 2012, my wife and I purchased four custom made plastic chair covers from Tri-State at a cost of $500. At the time of purchase, the salesperson from Tri-State stated that Tri-State will stand by their work, and would repair any damage that occurs in the future due to normal wear. About a year later, we needed to have two of the covers repaired, which Tri-State charged us for.

About the beginning of February 2015, I brought the two other plastic covers to Tri-State for repair. I was told that the repairs would take about one week, and I would be called when the repairs were done. After waiting about a week, I called Tri-State to get an update, and was told by [redacted] of Tri-State that the repairs were not completed yet, would take a few more days to complete, and that she would call me to pick up the covers as soon as the work was completed. When I did not hear from Tri-State within a few more days, I went to their business location, and was told by the [redacted] there that the repairs were still not completed, and that I would receive a call when the repairs were finished. Again, I did not hear from Tri-State, and so I contacted [redacted] again, on March *, 2015, and she said that the repairs would be completed soon, and she will call me to pick up the covers as soon as the work was completed. On March *, 2015, I went to Tri-State's business location again, and discovered that the repair work had not even begun yet, and that I was being deceived on all the occasions when I was told that they were working on the covers. I took the two covers back, unrepaired, and now wish to make this complaint to bring attention to Tri-State's misleading business practices.Desired Settlement: I would have liked to have had Tri-State repair the covers they originally made, but I no longer have any faith that they will properly repair them, nor that they will do so in a reasonable period of time. If they could not, or did not wish to do the job, all they needed to do was say so, instead of stringing me along, pretending that they were working on the repairs.
