This matter has not been resolved. I was never contacted by the vendor in regards to settling the issue Because of lack of this contact I communicated with them yesterday for an update and was given only a partial refund. The product sold to me was knowingly defective which made it significantly different that advertised. I specifically asked company representatives (Troy)prior to my purchase about this issue(after reading another posted complaint) and about a full refund if I had similar experiences. As result of their answers I ordered the merchandise. To properly install the item a modification of the installation process would have to occur. I disagreed with this. The item has a manufacturing defect that was not explained and they have had previous complaints. So they sold it to me knowing of these defects and not disclosing them to meI still ask for a FULL refund. Thank you*** ***

I dont know know which is more laughableTheir feeble attempt at a response or the fact that it took them days to craft itThere is absolutely on refutation of any of my issues, only an erroneous statement regarding my chargeback and a reiteration of their return policy.First of all, I disputed the charge with my credit card on 11/29/17, a full days before the partial refund was issuedThat was done in response to the "gentleman" on the phone who informed me that I may or may not get a refund, "depending on if the kit is in resellable condition"Based on my recent experience with them, I simply did not trust them to do the right thing.The rest of their response is completely irrelevantMy issue wasn't with the return shipping or their policies, it was with the fact that I didn't think it was fair for me to pay $to return an item that 40% (of 5) of the parts included didn't fit.I think what is telling is what isn't mentionedThey had pics of the parts not at all fitting my truck, and they have had the parts back in their possession for the past ~days, and no mention of the fitmentI completely understand their policy should I have changed my mind or simply been mildly dissatisfiedThe fact is, 40% (2/5) of the parts did not fit my truck at allI simply should not be financially penalized for their lack of quality control and inability to produce a product that fits as described. Fortunately, my credit card company, as well as anyone with the smallest bit of business acumen and common sense would, agreed with me that it was unreasonableI am unsatisfied with their response as it does nothing to "remedy" the issueHopefully this complaint will serve as a warning to others to beware

*** has been refunded for the purchase of his bedliner less the shipping fees stated in our policy that is signed before purchaseWe have made a special consideration for him and covered 60% of the return shipping feesWe have looked into his complaints and have found no issues with the fit or installation of his bedliner

We have previously issued a credit in the amount of $324 as promised on 12/7/17 just 3 days after receiving the product back from Shawn. Since then Shawn has disputed the charge on his card dated 12/24/2017 (well after the refund) and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. We have followed all of...

our policies regarding an unsatisfied customer and our return policy (actually offering it at a lower cost than we are charged). We apologize that this has gone where it has and do feel we have handled this in a professional manner and completed all parts to satisfy the customer. DualLiner had offered to get measurements and compare it to inventory so that if there was an error we could issue a new part to resolve the problem he was addressing and the customer was not interested in doing so as he only wanted to return the product, due to the charges of shipping, we did have to follow thru with our company policy that he signed in the terms and conditions when purchasing our product. If there is any additional recommended procedures or information that you should need, please feel free to contact us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Several complaints are listed online for this same issue.  there is a manufacturing defect involved that the company is trying to ignore and that defect does not allow assembly within the pick up bed without modification.  The company is quick to suggest these modifications.  As can be seen in attached photos the holes that are designed to hold the liner together in the corner of the bed are not correctly stamped on the left side panel when compared to the right side.  The right side will connect together and the left side will not.(The left panel is the front one the right side panel is the rear one in the picture.  Same exact panel exact panel but made for opposite sides.)
