We had Tri State construct a 14xsun room on our existing deck in Shore AcresFrom the time we meet with Dominick [redacted] we felt this company was honest and reliable We also felt that they sold and installed a top of the line product.Well we couldn't be more satisfied with the room, the ease of opening and closing the windows and the heat pump they installed which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winterThe workers put a full day in and couldn't be nicerUs living up north and not having time to run down the shore to do all the paper work, Tri State took care of everything from start to finish..The summer they installed it came Sandy that fallThe room didn't budge, the pull down screens were fine and no leaksI would highly recommend Tri State to anyone who is looking to add a sun room We spend most of our time in our room and couldn't be happier

As of today, we had the installer of the room go out this amWe found that the screen had pulled away a bit at the bottom of the door and we rescreened itThe existing deck has a pitch to it which is why the door does not close on its ownW think we were able to remedy this to the homeowner's satisfaction bu will not know until he returns to the propertyWe found some debris in the corners, removed same and removed and recaulked the cornersWe applied a product called peel and seal to the whole mentioned as well as a couple of other areasWe caulked the right seam (if looking out from the house)We also went around to all screened areas and tightened up anywhere where we thought it was loose or could become loose While we did attempt to schedule this servive in, we were working very late (after8pm) on the project we were finishing when we were attmpting to get these issues rectifiedWe warranty all of our workWe took the position that this was not an emergency service since, it is our impression, this is not the primary residence and the repairs were minor in natureIt is our busy season and we were trying to fit this in between projects as, this is the 1st season since that we have had such an influx of work and were trying to balance it allIt is unfortunate that we were not able toaddress Mr [redacted] concerns within a time period that met his satisfaction and he felt it necessary to involve The Revdex.comI would like to take the opportunity to remind Mr [redacted] that , when he had a water issue in his house that was found to be completly unrelated to our work, we were out to his property on the day he requested with a crew and even folloed up, with no response from him on recordI would like to provide my cell #- [redacted] if Mr [redacted] has any further issues with the screenroom in the future

My husband and I purchased a sunroom from Tri-StateThe process was effortless, the communication constant and the install a breezeWe LOVE our sunroom!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company Tri-State Building Specialties, from the very beginning has done nothing but lie to your officeThey first state that Design Concepts installed the room and that it was out of businessI provided proof that Tri-State was the company that did the installI provided proof that the room leaked from the day they installed itTri-State had no problem charging me $to reseal the room back on 08/08/At no time did they bring up any of the things they are now bringing up to cover themselvesTri-State thinks they can continue to make stuff up to cover up what damage they have now done to my propertyThey think if they send me back the money they charged me that this will relieve them of any and all liabilityI will not accept them sending me my money back and allow them to walk away and continue to make up stuff to cover themselvesI am asking that your office continue to force them to fix the problem and I am asking that you not believe anything they sayOnce a company gets caught in a lie then everything and anything they say should be considered suspect Regards, [redacted]
