Carl P [redacted] did not refund the monies according to contact in a? timely fashion and I am left with un-paid legal feesWhen I backed out of the contract I did nothing wrong and I even tried to work with him for about weeks.? There were several conversions and emails in which he stated that the check was in the mail which never ever cameI then decided to engage a lawyerCarl bounced a check to this lawyer and my monies were supposed to keep an Escrow account by Tri-State Business AuthorityUntil I filed a complaint did he sent a pre-date check As far as the other manufacturing business in NJ, I feel Carl lead me on and when I wanted to meet this business owner he then shared that someone was ahead in the process which wasted my time as well During the due diligence of the NY manufacturing business he did not respond to all my questions and left me wondering why he is not being 100% transparentHe even introduced me to the bank before completing the due diligence process Carl P [redacted] is even advertising that he is a member of the IBBA on his website which he is not a member since I believe since Carl is violating IBBA Code of Ethics? Because Carl did not honor his own contact terms and does not operate an ethical business I am so glad I did not buy a business through him.? This all could have been avoided if Carl honors the contracts that he authors and enters intoI just hope people do research on Carl and Tri-State Business Authorit y before entering any contact with him.? July 21, *** *** ***, who filed this complaint, has been reimbursed in full plus expenses totaling $from TriState Business Authority*** ***, very much wanted a manufacturing business, and over the course of months or so, worked on and off with him to find him oneThere
was one in NJ he was interested in that another individual acquired through my firmI showed him a second one in Rockland County NY, he took up many hours of my and my Seller's time, made an offer that was accepted, we engaged a lender from my contacts and whimsically he changed his mindIn Summary he is paid in full and insist you correct any negative reporting about me or my company as we have a stellar reputation.Thanks,Carl PPresident
