Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because, what Mr. [redacted] is saying is untrue. I don't understand how there is an unsafe work envrioment at our home.  On Febuary 14, 2014 My husband [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] signed an agreement that certain things would be taking care of within two weeks of occupancy and we also made a list of items were not up to our standards on the finish of the home we let Mr. [redacted] numerous time about the problems. Mr. [redacted] knew about everything that was wrong with this property and refuses to keep up his end of the signed contract  after he took payment and ran

On August 9, 2013, A contract for construction of a modular single family home was entered into by Tri State Building Systems (TSBS) and [redacted] and [redacted]. The home was completed on 29 January 2014 and a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) was issued. Although the home was completed and...

met all requirements by the NJ Uniform Construction Code and had been inspected by all govermental agencies, a TCO was required, as the final exterior grading, a responsibility of the [redacted]s, could not be completed, due to frozen ground. After Mrs. [redacted] moved into the property, I was notified by Mrs. [redacted] of certain issues that I addressed and corrected. However, there came a point wherein issues being raised by Mrs. [redacted] were created by excessive and extreme abuse to the premises. Additionally, an unsafe environment working environment was created by the behavior and habits of Mrs. [redacted] and members of her family. It became necessary for me to make a decision that I could no longer send workers to the property, as there existed a possibility of my workers being subjects of law enforcement actions, for just being in the premises. Further, virtually, every issue raised by Mrs. [redacted] was due to abuse of the property, failure to maintain reasonable property maintenance, and negligence. I have been a Builder for 20+ years , have an excellent reputation with my customers and code officials, and work very hard to keep good customer relations, however, there is a point wherein, even I must draw a line. Visit the property, that is 15 months old, and feel free to contact me, thereafter.

Review: Mr. [redacted] of tri state business sevices has not completed any of the final repairs that include plumbing issues, toilets not flushing drains not draining, water smelling like sulfer, electric issues that include breakers breaking regularly lights flickering constantly, and construction workmanship issues that include basement leaks that is starting to cause the growth of mold, dry wall cracks, holes in the floor where the house was assembled, tile and rugs comming up and more. All of these repairs were agreed on in our signed contract and verbal contract to our home that should have been completed two weeks after we were to move in. Also according to new jersey statue number 13:45A-16.2 he demanded final payment before the completion of our home was finished. We have contacted Mr. [redacted] numerous times between email, phone and text, he came out once for a couple of hours to repair some drywall cracks not any of the major repairs that need to be completed to get our certificate of occupiency and that was all I have really heard or seen of Mr. [redacted] in a little over a yearDesired Settlement: I would like all of these repairs of our home completed like we had agreed upon.
