On August 9, 2013, A contract for construction of a modular single family home was entered into by Tri State Building Systems (TSBS) and [redacted] and [redacted] The home was completed on January and a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) was issuedAlthough the home was completed and met all requirements by the NJ Uniform Construction Code and had been inspected by all govermental agencies, a TCO was required, as the final exterior grading, a responsibility of the [redacted] s, could not be completed, due to frozen groundAfter Mrs [redacted] moved into the property, I was notified by Mrs [redacted] of certain issues that I addressed and correctedHowever, there came a point wherein issues being raised by Mrs [redacted] were created by excessive and extreme abuse to the premisesAdditionally, an unsafe environment working environment was created by the behavior and habits of Mrs [redacted] and members of her familyIt became necessary for me to make a decision that I could no longer send workers to the property, as there existed a possibility of my workers being subjects of law enforcement actions, for just being in the premisesFurther, virtually, every issue raised by Mrs [redacted] was due to abuse of the property, failure to maintain reasonable property maintenance, and negligenceI have been a Builder for 20+ years , have an excellent reputation with my customers and code officials, and work very hard to keep good customer relations, however, there is a point wherein, even I must draw a lineVisit the property, that is months old, and feel free to contact me, thereafter
