Absolutely the worstI purchased carpet two years agoNow the carpet is not laying flat and is wavy to look atMy wife and I stopped at the store and was told someone would get back to usNobody ever didWe stopped in again and the same thing happenedMy wife called three or four times ans was told each time that she was put on list and would get a call in a few daysAlost months went by and same thing over and overWe were finally forced to get in touch with [redacted] and they sent someone to fix the problem on the next dayThe people at TriState are liars and are only interested in selling you the carpetOnce they have your money good luck in getting them to respond to any problemsWorst customer service ever!!! If you do not heed my advice then good luck to youThere are many more reputable palces to go with much better customer serviceI will never do business with these people and I will spread the word to as many people as possible to avoid at all costs
