In all issue of construction, sometimes things happen ,the truly good companies are the one that correct the issues , make it right by the costumer and you feel like you matter !!! This one is one of the very few that hold the that principle. I can't say enough good things about them !!!!!!

Review: On July 21, 2014, they installed my enclosed carport, minus the 7' x 9' roll-up door. The reason they didn't install it was because they didn't have the track it road up an down in. They said they would return and install it. That was 4 weeks ago. I called after 2 weeks, again at 3 weeks, and again today at 4 weeks to see why they hadn't returned to install the door. I was told today that it would be another 4 to 6 weeks before they could come back. The building is no good the way it is. I believe I will have to have someone else install the door. Estimated cost will be about $200.00. I believe they should pay this cost as I have already paid for the building which included the installation of this door.Desired Settlement: Pay to have someone else install the door. Approximately $200.00.

Review: I purchased a car port from them 8-27-14. I went in and came back to put a down payment down. He said it would cost me 1,690. I was okay with that and put down the down payment. He told me it takes 7-10 days to be delivered. After 2 weeks I got a hold of them and they said I needed to call the company to get a hold of them because he was just a sales person. They told me the order was in process and they said my order was being processed. After 2 months of waiting I called them and said I still don't have my order and told them I wanted to cancel, and they claimed I could not cancel. I told them I was going to order from someone else. I called the sales person back and he said he would check into it. I told him I did not want the carport. I went up there and I told him I wanted my deposit back and he said that I can not have the deposit back. He said I needed to contact the company. The company hung up on me, and they won't pick up the phone for me and they are holding on to my deposit for a product they could not produce. I should not have to be out a product they could not deliver.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back

Review: Company promised to have building delivered in 6-8 weeks and still have not delivered and cannot give me a delivery date. Called company and I am getting the run around. I have already put a deposit down and it is not refundable. I have also already spent money on the foundation and installed. I live in Michigan and winter will be coming and will destroy that if building is not installed.Desired Settlement: Would like building delivery date.
