Review: Our contract with Tri State Carting for residential garbage collection is paid through April 30th 2014. We cancelled the contract for 4/30/2014. Garbage pick up is on Fridays.

Tri State Carting removed the container and dumped our trash into our recycling bins and on our front lawn on Easter Weekend. Due to the contract there is one more pick up on 4/25/2014.

This behaviour is not only a breech of contract but also unsanitary and potential hazardous.Desired Settlement: pick up the trash from our front lawn immediately, please! Bring back the container for the 4/25/2014 pick up!

Review: We hired Tristate to collect our GARBAGE and RECYCLING. In the last (6) SIX weeks or month and a half, they have NOT ONCE came to collect Recycling, and within a 2 month period, TWICE , they did not pick up our trash.

Within these last 6 weeks, I have called Tristate EVERY SINGLE Wednesday afternoon, after Recycling was not picked up. The response was always, "we have contacted our dispatch" while informing me that my buckets would be emptied that day. Never once was this done. During every conversation with Tri State, I would express being displeased with the fact that not only are they not doing their job, but that I continuously have to call and complain. Apologies are offered along with promises that the "problem will be fixed". Fast forward, week 7, I call and demand to speak with a Manager. I am put in touch with [redacted], who introduces himself as Residential Manager. I explain my issue, and again, I am told to hold while he contacts dispatch. I am then told that my items will be picked up, so on and so forth. I explain that this is an ongoing issue and that despite [redacted]'s promise that my items will be picked up immediately, that this song and dance has been going on for 7 weeks. I also informed [redacted] that I was planning to contact the Revdex.com regarding the situation, and that is when he tells me "Then Ill cancel your service, I don't care, Good Bye," and HANGS UP ON ME. I then call back to request confirmation that he is infact cancelling my service, and [redacted] now wants to credit my account for $15, as he deems this being an appropriate amount for lack of service for 7 weeks. After a back and forth conversation about the shotty service, I inform him that I did infact want him to cancel the service. [redacted] questioned my decision, while reiterating that he was going to credit my account for 15$. I informed him that 7 weeks of excuses and no services was in my eyes , my justification for canceling service. The call then ended.Desired Settlement: Not ONE neighbor in my development is using TriState, and now I understand why.

This been said, I want the appropriate persons at Tri State to be informed about their lack of satisfactory service, along with their terrible customer service/staff.

Review: I have a pick up service for trash and cardboard twice a month. Recently, I changed my pick up schedule to once a month beginning in December. They canceled my second pick up for November, leaving my full trash dumpster sitting in my parking lot, still! They sent a bill with a credit for December, I spoke with [redacted] several times to see why and she assured me they were going to pick up our trash as scheduled. Well, they never did. I called and spoke with [redacted] and he told me that I could cancel my service! That was his way to solve the problem. He also stated that I do not have a contract with his company, so I immediately sent in a letter to cancel services with Tri State Carting. I have called twice to ask that they remove their dumpsters from my property and have been told twice that they were coming on different days. They will not pick up the trash, dumpsters or cardboard from my property. I just want to be done with this company. At this point, they actually owe me for a pick up that is already paid for! I'd be happy if they just picked up and moved on.Desired Settlement: I just want the trash and cardboard dumpsters removed from my property!
