A meeting was conducted by a [redacted] with the overview of a class action lawsuit against a Company called [redacted] Of the four persons at the meeting, I had the only complaint against [redacted] The others were quickly dismissed and my complaint was the only one of interest to them. [redacted] is a fraudulent company dealing in timeshare re-sales. This company took me for $6500.00 moneys required as earnest monies. The. $5000.00 was placed in escrow in the Bank of America. [redacted] had no buyer for my vacation club, and the sale was a scam. However, [redacted] would not return the money.
I could join [redacted]'s company through Cornerstone Processing for $6,998.00 and they would sell my vacation club. However, they said that they could get access to the $5000,00 and it would only cost me $1,998.00 difference. They would take the chance that they could get the $5,000.00. They quickly let me know that they had gotten the $5,000.00. I did not join their company. They have the $5,000.00 now, which is mine, not theirs. When I informed them of that fact and inquired as to their disposition of my money, all correspondence from them has ceased. You can quess who has taken the money, and where3 I stand to get it returned.
