Review: States on bill of services rendered relined furnace flue with 27 feet of liner. Placed incorrect diameter and only 20 feet so furnace was never vented correctly. Have had multiple issues with furnace and recently spent over 4000.00 on repairs this month alone and prior to this as well Today we found that work done by Tri State has been the issue.I don't want to think about the health issues right now. It will take another small fortune to fix their mistake of improper installation as it is difficult to remove the liner the way it is wedged in.Desired Settlement: Refund and held culpable for all issues related to their improper installment of liner.
