Review: The end of July I mailed [redacted] and [redacted] a bank check for $350. They were to send me a repair part for my SSR truck. I have emailed [redacted] weekly several times requesting the status of the shipping. I was told several times that it would be shipped priority and he would send me the tracking number. Now it is the end of October and still no part. I have asked for my $350 back since there were not providing the part. I have done in October. I have all of the emails they have communicated with giving details of shipping arrangements that never happened. I will submit these to you if you need them.Desired Settlement: I would really like to have the part because if it works, it will be a great asset for me. If I can not get the part, I would like the refund.
