Revdex.com:I would like my complaint ID [redacted] , to be handled through an Arbitration hearing with Revdex.com.Regards,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had a square foot basement poured in and none of it has crackedI had a x garage floor poured within the same relative time frame by the same company Tri State Concrete Company and only the x pad has crackedThe x pad is 6" away from the garage floor padAll are on the same level, it is not an expansive soil issue; but it is just poor quality craftsmanship Regards, [redacted]

Expansive soil is throughout most of Colorado and is extremely common where this project is locatedIf there was a tamping issue we would have more complaints than simple cosmetic crackingThere would be elevation issues and movement if that was the problemNo concrete contractor warranties for cosmetic crackingWe have a great reputation for standing by our finished product and if we believed this complaint was valid we would correct itThis is not one of those situations

First, we would like to address that we are very saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. [redacted]'s child. Our deepest condolences. We take every customer seriously and have pride in each project we put our name on. We do everything in our power and with our experience to get the best product out...

of concrete. We have succeeded for over a decade with these values and proudly offer a two year structural warranty on our projects. Craftsmen issues will almost certainly appear within this time-frame. Because of concrete's nature, the soil conditions common in Colorado and because cosmetic cracking isn't a craftsmen issue, we do not offer a cosmetic warranty.

I am rejecting this response because: where I live there is not expansive soil, the cracking is due to not tamping down the soil.

FYI this is the first I have received an email from Revdex.com 11/21/16.the concrete issue is not just cosmetic, the ground that the pad was poured on was never tamped down. I wish I had watched [redacted] on concrete foundations first I would have caught a lot of their errors. No the issue has not been resolved, the pad needs to be replaced not blown off. The concrete walls have not been sealed to prevent water from going into the garage, if you want to come out and look at their slop job you are more than welcome. Thanks [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I had a 1600 square foot basement poured in 2004 and none of it has cracked. I had a 24 x 30 garage floor poured within the same relative time frame by the same company Tri State Concrete Company and only the 15 x 20 pad has cracked. The 15 x 20 pad is 6" away from the garage floor pad. All are on the same level, it is not an expansive soil issue; but it is just poor quality craftsmanship.
