In reference to my previous email concerning Mrs*** on the purchase she made on 9/1/at our Fort Chiswell location. I have been informed today that Mrs.*** tried to pay with her EBT card, there was no funds available & therefore she paid $cash and put $on her debit cardDays later after funds had been put on her EBT card she returned to our location wanting to transfer from her debit card back on her EBT card, that we will not doMrs*** took her groceries through the register and paidFood Country is not responsible for paying Mrs*** any money after finding out the information above.Kindest regards,*** ***Food Country Director of Store Operations

The customer, Mrs*** made her purchase on 9/01/at our Fort Chiswell locationShe stated in her letter/receipt that $in food was purchased & she "slid" her debit card.The mistake made was hers, when she realized it she did make contact back with the storeThey were not sure how
to handle it? Because it was a EBT purchase all food would've had to have been brought back to the store and re-scanned in order to put it back on her EBT card.Mrs*** paid $& did receive that amount in groceries, due to being out of town during this time period, our/my shortcoming was not getting back with her in a timely fashionEven though the transaction error was her mistake, we are going to refund her $116.00Regards,*** ***Director of Store OperationsFood Country USA

Tri state construction, co just did my 3 family house in Worcester, Ma . Raf is an individual of absolute honest and integrity. Total responsible, friendly and reacts promptly to any situation. He is great asset to the company. You guys are great company. Thank you

Requested write-up of work never delivered. Leak not fixed.Tri-State, on Dec. 26, 2013, for [redacted] re-sealed and re-shingled around skylights, trying to fix a leak into my dining room. As they were leaving, I requested a write-up of the work and was told it would be mailed to me. A month later I called and left a message asking again for the write-up. About 3 weeks later and called and spoke to a man who said he would e-mail me the write-up and send a crew over, as the leak was still coming in in the same spot. Nothing happened and I called again Monday, March 17 and left a message, including saying I hoped I would not have to file a complaint. I was called back within 5 minutes. The promise was that a crew would come the next day, after 11 A.M. They would call first and hand me the write-up. I was home from 9 A.M. on - they never came or called. They have not called today - the next day.Desired SettlementI want the write-up of the Dec. 26 work. I want the area inspected again, in hopes that they have a solution for the leak problem that would work.Business Response I am writing in response to a complaint Mr [redacted] of [redacted] , [redacted] Ma had made to the better buisness bereau. This issue was resolved by my company Tri-State Construction and me personally [redacted] on Thursday April 10' 2014. I also gave Mr. [redacted] the receipt he had requested. He stated to me when the work was completed that he was very satisfied and would state same to you. I thank you very much for contacting me and take any complaint ver seriously.
