After a severe storm hit our house a few weeks ago, (08/20/14), we had to file an insurance claim for a new roofI might be a girl, (ha!), but I come from a strong construction background (yrs, family business) and knew what I wanted to hear, and also what I DIDN'T want to hearAnd what I wanted my family to experience, and NOT to experienceA lot went into my decision making processI interviewed different Revdex.com rated roofing contractors and was able to make a well-informed choice [redacted] from Tri-State Contractors was extremely easy to deal with, professional, experienced, polite, prompt, responsive to text messages, (as well as phone/email), honest, trustworthy, and kept his word as to; how much he would charge (that price never altered), when he would arrive for our appointments, what the job scope entailed, timeline, weather-dependency etc In his quote, which he prepared efficiently, there were no hidden 'extra charges', which is a sneaky way some contractors can jack up their billEven though he was well-versed in insurance claims, he wasn't pushy about it and I felt his price was reasonable and unclouded by dollar signs, or emotions, which did occur with a few of the other contractorsMy family and I had a great experience with ***, and his roofing crew were professional, courteous, and thorough [redacted] and his crew, led by foreman Rego, (whom [redacted] introduced to both me and my husband, before they started), showed up when they said, and finished the job in a day!
