I had a breaker tripping intermittently and after the service person was at my house for approx 2-3 hours he finally replaced the breaker and he finally finished the repair. but shortly after he left I noticed that several things did not work as before. He also, tripped the GFI circuit downstairs that the freezer was connected to and did not reset it, so needless to say some of the food in the freezer went bad and I had to dispose of some of the food in the freezer that had defrosted. At the same time, that was when I noticed the outside light did not work when night-time fell. It was also related to the GFI circuit . I found that out the next day, before he left, He (the Service Person presented a bill for the time that he was here, but never told me what the main issue was. Just said if I had any other issues with the breaker that he would have to come back out and do more diagnostics on the breaker in question. He never actually told me he found the issue that was the problem.

They are honest, punctual, skilled, and compassionate in a time of crisis. We had boiler problems on the coldest day (and night) of the year. I took a crack at fixing it myself (and really failed) then a coworker recommended Eisenbrey. They came and fixed my problem in 15 minutes and did not charge me! Seriously - I am truly awed.
The follow-up feedback from others confirms they are fair, caring,long-timers in the local area and very knowledgeable. It is apparent they are not out to scam anybody.
I will use them when I update my heating and cooling system and take comfort in knowing they are honest and smart! We could have avoided a long, cold, miserable night if we had called them first (if only we had known)!
