This is one of the most unethical, dishonest, and incompetent companies. They do nothing but lie. They claimed to have called us and spoken with us directly to schedule an appointment for service, but that never happened. Shontell, the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with, never called us, we had to call, and when we did, despite her being the supervisor she claimed she had no access to the calendar to determine a date for service. I also emailed with her and her emails were practically indecipherable due to her horrendous grammar, and all she did was lie to us, saying she contacted us but she never did. Do not ever do business with this company.
