I paid Tri-State to strip my roof and put on a new one. The roofers only stripped one section of the house and then installed the new roof.I paid an extra 1,000 dollars to have my old roof removed and then have the new roof put on. Unfortunately,[redacted] is the middle man in all the jobs he gets by contracting them out to other people and is never there to watch the actual work being done. I recently had a roof problem and discovered what his roofing crew had done and not done in installing my new roof. The only reason I did not contact him was I thought he went out of business. I know it might be too late to get my money back for a job his company never finished, but at I can warn future customers not to use his company for any jobs unless they have the time to watch the work being done in person. I will not go into the way he likes being paid for all his jobs, that matter I will soon be discussing with the I.R.S. in order to retrieve some of my money back.Desired SettlementI would like my 1,000 back for the work that was never done. It was [redacted] who pick these roofer and not me. The money will cover the future repairs I know are coming in the near future.
