Ordering was not a problem nor was the deliveryThe company offers a one month trial periodOnce the item arrived, I found it too bulky and heavy (lbs) and deemed it to be a nuisance to stow away as I am partly disabledIt would be great if you don't stow it around to keep but if you accidentally drop this, it would prove very injurous to me
I asked for a return, not specifying my reason, they sent an friendly email asking if they could remedy the situation to avoid a return, once I gave it and told them I was not keeping it, they gave me a day window to return it despite the one month trial periodI returned the item on the 2nd day I received it and didn't even bother to take it out Suffice to say, the emails turned hostile or let's say unfriendly and coldI have yet to wait for the refund and update this review once I get the full refundThey charge 15% restocking if the packaging isn't to their likingSeeing that I haven't touched or dismantled their item, I don't think I would have a problem with that

I purchased the mats that were recommended to be placed under the Vigorfit The cost of the mats was $with an unannounced $shipping The mats were paper thin and looked liked the had been cut free hand When I contacted the company, the response was nothing short of insulting They indicated that no one had ever returned the mats (extremely hard to believe) and insinuated that it was more cost effective for me to keep the mats I'm all for companies making a profit, but selling an add on product of such poor quality is nothing short of a felony Haven't had the gym long enough to know if it is effective However, I am certain that this company's approach to its customers could use a major upgrade

This company truly stands behind their productI have had my gym less than a week and my new puppy chewed through the main ropeThe product has a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, but I never thought this would be coveredI called them to purchase a new one since it was my fault, not theirsThe Customer Service Supervisor Michelle was very pleasant and told me where I was a new customer they would replace it at no chargeI was so surprisedI received it in the mail a few days laterYou do not get customer service like this anymoreThis company should be commended on how they treat their customersThere are a lot of companies that can learn a lot from themWay to go Vigorfit
The Vigorfit Gym is an incredible gym for the entire familyMy husband, myself and three kids all use the gymAges 10, 12, yrs oldI was a little skeptical on the folding, but the gym folds up very easy and rolls away into the closet with easeEven my youngest can do it all by herselfI feel very safe on this gymIt is very heavy duty and super quietI can use it when my kids are sleeping and know I will not wake themThis is a must when it comes to home gyms

I received my Vigorfit gym and set it up right awayVery easy and very heavy dutyOnce it was fully assembled I noticed there were two small broken partsMost likely happened during shippingThe gym was packaged extremely wellI called and spoke with the customer service repLet me say what a pleasure to speak withWhen I told them they were broken, there were no questions askedThey took my name and information and sent the parts out to me right away at no chargeWhat a pleasure to deal with a company that truly cares about their customers and stands behind their warrantyI will recommend the Vigorfit to all my friends and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future
Dealing with these people is one long, endless nightmarefirst of all, the other reviewer is absolutely rightThe product is unstable and poorly put togetherBut even worse is their so-called "customer service." Just wanted to thank you for an incredible piece of equipment that really worksI just started using it for about a week and boy can you feel the muscles that you thought you never hadMy husband and I have been using weights-dumbbells for a while, but you can only do so much with the weightsThe resistance is unbelievableThere is no way in *** that you can you can ever outgrow this machineI have a yr old son that uses it and he can't believe the exercises and resistance this machine deliversI believe you can do some real body building on this unitThis is the best investment I have made in a long timeThanks again for a great productThe customer service and follow up is unlike any other company out there
