I will not provide refund of $ # #ffffff;">Fridge is complimantery We not charging for Fridge when she told me about Fridge I told her all my room is occupied with Fridge so I will change next day I was going to change next day there was do not disturb sign on doori did not open door may have dog or something When she come to office evening for towel and hand wash she did not ask for Fridge we assume its working about tv she told me last daywhen I check tv next day everything working fine she may have plan for refund that's why she search other reviews for this motel online If she has that many complain she has right to check out and get days refund TRI-STATE INN [redacted] ***

I did not said she has a dog I said there was do not distrb sign all the time In her first compShe did not talk about next door guestWho will responsible if some thing happend to her in room

I just checked your website to see the rating on the hotel that I complained about earlier this year and it states that my complaint was resolved and they have an "A" rating. My complaint was NOT resolved at all. I never received the refund I asked for and since I didn't, I don't want it to appear as if I did. Can you please change that?  I would appreciate it.
I do appreciate all of your assistance in this matter and completely understand closing the complaint since the company wouldn't fix the issues, but stating it as resolved vs. closed is completely different. I trust you understand.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Attached is my receipt showing in two places where I wasn't allowed to cancel if not done before the 23rd - the day before my arrival. I have no idea how much I would have been charged....Also, attached is the picture I took last week of the marquee showing the motel advertising various amenities. It clearly shows that a fridge is included in the rooms.Other comments:#3 on his list - He knew I had no dog and was at work. He  told me he'd deliver while I was at work.#4 on his list - When I came to the office I did say something about the fridge, as well as all my other complaints. What I asked for was the owner's info SINCE my complaints hadn't been resolved. I assumed he was just hired help. He just smiled at me and proudly stated he was the owner. My response was "that's why nothing is being done about complaints".I believe that anyone who wants to do business must follow through with advertised amenities as well as deliver as stated for oral promises. The man renting a room next to me helped me more with the fridge my first night than the owner did. At least he came in and checked to see that I had it on and plugged in correctly. The owner never even offered to check anything I complained about. He only made excuses. I wouldn't have chosen this motel had there not been the fridge.I appreciate all your help!

You know what she only need money. Evry time she has differnt story. I dont know how many motel she has done this kind complaint got money.stay in motel 3 day check out complain get some money back. As I told you she has right to check out next day if she has lot of complaint. Any way get her card no. I will issue $36.00 refund. If I have that many complaint I would check out. Get better motel. I cant afford 5* motel for prize guest looking. We have 10 fridg and 15 microwave working condi.I have cancel many reservation same day after 4 pm . With out any fee or panelty guest plan change/or something. Some time guest book room for 3 or 4 day and has checked out next day or second day I have refund money.this is better way not way she is doing. She has to ask. About photo why she did not sent first complaint look like she took last week or later
