I have picked up the memorial to engrave the date that she needsHowever, there will be a charge for this as there was not money include

First of all, I am not the thief and I am more than willing to get the stone doneI just got into a money crunch and had actually
applied for a loan weeks ago, it was approved, but for some reason, I will not get the money until Wednesdayat which time I can have the stone shipped in and will start work on it right awayI understand that you are upset, but I wish we could have gotten together to discuss this matter and work about it in a civil wayYour mother did call this past Wednesday and asked me to produce the stone saying that she knows that I am a caring man and would want to do the right thing, and I do want to do the right thingShe did not leave me her phone number and I have done everything in my power to contact her and have failedThe two numbers the Chief of Police gave were no good and he also gave me her address and I sent a short note on Friday, still nothing

Given Mr. [redacted] prior verbal commitments to complete my sister-in-laws memorial headstone, we believe he needs to provide us with a final date of installation. He has set a total of three milestones in the past and has failed at a minimum to communicate to us a reason for his failure . When we try to get information from him he does not respond. He does not return phone calls and he is a very hard person to locate. He knows we live outside of his state and he can easily try to delay us into false hopes he will do the job he was contracted to do. In other words he will string us along until we give up.
His response leaves a infinite time frame to finalize his commitment to us.
In addition to a final date of completion, we would like for him to agree to commit to a refund penalty of [redacted] for every week he fails to complete the job. Additionally we would like to have it in writing.
Mr. [redacted] has a track record of making commitments to costumers and failing to deliver on them.
When we call Mr. [redacted] for an update we would like for him to respond to our call or voice mail.
