Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] *** All the repairs he did on the truck were for his own truck.I tried Times and could not make it home to my house only miles away. The time he spent on the truck was not my fault and he would not return all of my money

Delivery of our customer's purchased travel trailer was completed in February of this year And prior to the customer's relocation with the trailer out of state; we attended to warranted repairs which were completed satisfactorily After their move, we remained in communication with them in their attempt to obtain a local warranty vendor When none was found immediately available - we offered and went as far as to obtain a local contractor to provide help for an issue. We resolved then, as we do now, that any assistance we can offer for a warranty covered repair is fully available at our facility or through communication with the trailer's manufacturer We offered the customer contact information for liaison with the manufacturer and continue to be as available as possible If the customer has had a discussion with the manufacturer or their insurer, we cannot offer comment as we were not included in them.On Wednesday, November 23, contact had been restored with our customer and arrangements were made to inspect their trailer, and give estimate for warranted repair as they've returned to the area Their trailer has been made available to us as communication between our Service Deptand the trailer's manufacturer resume. We appreciate your help in bringing our customer's concerns to our attention The information brought to light and consideration paid to solution is invaluable in our striving to be the best we can be If there is any other information or participation required - please do not hesitate to contact us
