Review: PODS picked up there container on October 22, 2013 and damaged shrubs, lighting, and irrigation system.
I have an incident report filed 936-741 with PODS on October 22, 2013. Their driver ran over planting beds and left 9 inch deep gauges destroying part of the irrigation system, ruining bushes and ran over 3 electrical lights which are now not functional. I have called them 6 times and each time they tell me that a service representative will call me back within in 24 to 72 hours. No one has called. I just want the area repaired. I feel that this issue will not be resolved. It is pathetic that this company operates this way. I will not recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: To pay for repairs that their driver caused.
