would never damage a customer's vehicle or repair something with poor qualityI'm writing this letter in reference to a customer we did a catalytic convertor job for that was completed 6-months agoNow it seems 6-months later this customer claims that her car has gotten loud from a hole rusted in top of the muffler which is quite commonI have never heard from this customer, nor has she stopped in our shop to address any of the issues or concerns she claimsAfter receiving complaint, I have tried to reach her on separate occasions and have left messages with no return callIt seems to my understanding the front catalytic convertor work that was performed was of quality, being that the customer has never expressed any concerns to my business.Sincerely Robert K*** (Original document attached)
