Paving did not use an infra red method to repair our driveway; the workers used a propane blowtorch. 2) Tri State Paving did not use new asphalt to repair all the cracked and damaged areas.3) Some areas where asphalt was applied was left as loose gravel that has already begun to disintegrate. Now that they are wet they show up.My men are responsible to handle Penn-Dot and United States Federal Post Office work on a regular basis.
