This David M [redacted] of Tri-State Paving is now in Idaho running the same Asphalt Paving Scam. Just this last week of September 2017 he is here in the Treasure Valley of Idaho and eastern Oregon scamming people out of thousands of dollars. You need to quit even listing him in any BBB ratings.
