Tri-state Printing

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: The builder is clearly trying to turn this into a issue with sod rather than addressing the unlying problem of the ground under the sod that is not level and has deep ruts from water run off that occurred before the sod was put
down.I reject their response to my complaint and want my complaint to be a matter of public record should I be put into a liability situation where someone gets hurt in my yard I want it known that I have tried to address this with the builder.
