No I have not heard from them I want the door not to leak where the ice is on the inside of the wood around the door I also would like the flooring to replace by a qualified floor installer (the cracks and the checking of our socks on it is bad

We went in and put in the floor but its not a install issue but maybe a manufacturing issue, if that's the case she needs to file a complaint against the manufacture

Thomas [redacted]t use to own Pinnacle Restoration Serviceds Inc. It was licensed by MN deaprt from Jan 23 2007 unti March 31, 2008 in Wayzata MN . Mr. H[redacted] bought the busines from Jason [redacted]. I have filed withte Revdex.com in 2008 but Mr. H[redacted] never responded. He now is under the businsse name Tri State Restoration LLC. I would like Mr. H[redacted] to return my area rug he was to have cleaned due to a sump pump flood I had in my basement in April 25, 2008. The area rug is valued at $250.00. [redacted]
