We hire Erika and her crew back in July to install a metal roofWe waited about a month and some after signing the contract which we knew we would wait at least for the special order itemWe previously read the complaints filed through the Revdex.com but choice to ignore them because of Erika's families year history in the community and we are really happy we didThe work is outstanding and the crews knowledge was happily welcomingWe chose to do additional work with this company and would recommend them to anybody who asks

I called the week of October to make an appointment to have someone come out and look at my roof I already had one estimate and wanted to get at least more and chose this company because I'd seen them in the neighborhood doing work My initial appointment was set for Saturday the 24th at pm ( the Saturday appointment was not my idea it was at the suggestion of the nice young lady who answers the calls) I had to work on the 24th but made sure I left early so I could be home by pm....which I was So pm comes and goes, then 1: I was already a little concerned because the company never called back to confirm the appointment and it's been my experience that workman call to confirm appointments especially weekend appointments as the prefer like everyone else to be with their families on the weekend I believe I finally called them about 1:to find out if they where still coming because they still hadn't showed up nor had they called to tell me anything The young lady who answers the phones told me she would call the guys and find out what happened She made the call and called me back Apparently they where stuck way upstate somewhere and had been trying to call me but where unable to because she had made a mistake when giving then my number The number she gave them to call was off by digit It would be an another minutes to an hour before they guys would even reach me I told them that's OK, we can reschedule for another day The young lady offered Tuesday the 27th at 4:pm and I said OK Tuesday the 27th at 4:pm rolled around and no one showed up I called around pm to find out what happened and the young lady said she would have to call the workmen and call me back She never called back That's when I got suspicious and decided to check these guys out on the Revdex.com website Thank God I did open, unresolved complaints popped up I called the company back and told them I wold no longer need their services because of what I found on the Revdex.com website Fast forward to Thursday the Oct29th at 6:pm A woman calling from phone number 570-994-and identifying herself as the "owner" calls me NOT TO APOLOGIZE for the misunderstandings but to yell at me She said she didn't know who I was, that she never worked on my property, and that I was annoying (among other things while swearing at me I kid you not, she SWORE at me)?! I tried to tell her that I think she misunderstood my message because I never said she had done work on my house but that I didn't want her to do work on my house BECAUSE of the open and unresolved Revdex.com complaints that were still open and unresolved as of the Saturday October 24th when I looked them up She just continued to rant and yell over me I eventually hung up on her but not before letting her know that I would be placing a complaint of my own I believe her response was a swear word I cannot believe that a so called business owner would call a potential customer, who did not become an actual customer because of poor customer service, specifically to berate the potential customer that her business had already provided with horrible customer service I write this review to warn ANYONE who is thinking about doing business with this companyI NEVER would have filed a grievance had I not received this call from the alleged owner ( I provided the cell phone number just in case this complaint reaches the owners and they turn out to be someone else) If this is how this company conducts business, there is no doubt in my mind that the complaints filed by former customers on this website where well earned!

cleared properly by a licensed excavatorThe total amount of excavation work came out to $5,After the property was cleared, the building area was filled with stone and leveled outA 4,lb, concrete slab was poured and leveled before installing the proper framing of the outside wallsAfter the completion of the framing we then installed the overhang to the entrance of the barn (as specified in contract and plans) and began building the interior wallsAfter the basic framing of interior walls was completed, we installed the gage green metal roofing system to the entire roof and overhang sections of the proposed barnThe millwork that was mentioned in the outcome/settlement asked of by ** *** *** was used for all of the framing of the barnThus far our company has exceeded the amount of $19,in labor and material** *** had asked us on numerous occasions not to come back on her property because she chose to continue the project with another companyAs we see it, our work was completed and we are still owed money for material that we are willing to scrap and move on

I have heard nothing but horror stories from this company. Some of the behavior is criminal. Do not call them for an estimate and do not hire them to do a job. They take people's deposits and then claim they never received the money. They will show up and yell and accuse and lie about the person who they wronged. They have no problem harassing people to intimidate them. You can sue them, and still not get your hefty deposit back. Going by numerous different names over the years. Doing poor work which they do not want to fix. Just do yourself a big favor and GOOGLE this company and don't use TEN LLC because that is them too. I have not idea how municipalities hire this bunch... must be pricing is low... Go to Facebook and read multiple stories of taking money doing no work and spreading lies... yelling, cursing and intimidation. Do not trust them... they are serpents.

It's unfortunate that even a competitor can hire people to come on here and write false claims. Amazing experiences with this entire team.

Review: This company was paid in full for a total roofing job by my insurance company ([redacted]). Since the completion of the job, I now have mold inside my house and leaks from the roof. I now have a bad cough as the mold is continuing to spread. He was advised of this issue and stated that I now have to pay $3,000 for additional work needed for ventilation. I have the paid in full receipt as well as the signed contract stating all the work needed. I am now told by other contractors that he over charged for the job, especially after he was aware it was an insurance claim. He has not returned any of my calls to date. The work was completed 11/2011Desired Settlement: I would like the needed fascia/soffits installed at no charge as well as the leaks inside my home repaired and the sheet rock that is damaged by the leak, replaced. Also the plywood that is molded.

When the roof was done, they damaged my ceiling as the nails went through and are visible.
