Tri State was contracted to transport the home into the manufactured housing community by Sun Homes Service, the property ownerThere had been massive amounts of rain that saturated the groundThe specially equipped semi tractor that
transports manufactured housing is licensed at 26,GVW It will sink, as any heavy vehicle will, in saturated ground even with very experienced drivers and the communities maintenance crew assigned to assist us with spotting/placement of the unit on site
Tri State has worked with the community management and has made the minor repairs as requestedThere have been two inspections to the inhabited unitThe first verified there was not, nor is, any structural damageThe second was to address the home owners concerns that the gas meter had been hit and the pipes ruptured or broken According to the gas inspector, he could not find any evidence the meter had been hit and stated there were no leaks
The last remaining issue is the landscaping repair to be completed by the landscaper of the Community Owners choice, not the individual lot tenant, which as of today is still on hold due to additional amounts of rain that have prohibited the landscaper from making the repairs

The day Tri State arrived to make the repairs to both damaged units we were instructed by park management not to make the repairs to Mr***'s unit per Sun Communities corporate office protocol (The same protocol did not allow Tri State to make the landscape repairs As stated previously, the community has contracted those repairs and will bill Tri State.) Management stated Sun would handle the repairs for MrPietryckiSince we are contracted by Sun Communities we have to abide by their instructions
The damage to the unit being delivered is considered transportation damage since the park personnel had not "taken delivery" when the damage occurred thus allowing Tri State to make those repairs

(The same protocol did not allow Tri State to make the landscape repairs. As stated previously, the community has contracted those repairs and will bill Tri State.) Management stated Sun would handle the repairs for Mr. Pietrycki. Since we are contracted by Sun Communities we have to abide by their instructions.
