When order was initially taken they knew we was behind in the order process, told them it would be a week before they order was ready, NOW that there Item has been ready and ready for shipment we CANNOT ship to residential Area, SO until we receive a Valid shipping add the item will stay at terminal until a proper delivery dropp off is givenAttempted to call back and we are not getting a answer
