MrD*** from the company states that the consumer was advised that she would have to put down a 15% deposit, they would purchase the kit
and start getting the structure builtMrD*** states that the consumer called a week before delivery was to be made and wanted to cancel, he states that he advised the consumer that she could use the money toward another purchase since she had lost her dogsMrD*** states that he lost money on this deal
Tri-State Structures owned by Darren E[redacted] has my deposit for a shed that Mr. E[redacted] refuses to deliver. Mr.E[redacted] chooses to not recognize an arrange that was made between me and his business partner Justin F[redacted]. I have since won a judgement against E[redacted] but now have the challenge of collecting. Many others in this area have the same problem
