Tri-State Technical School

Review: I have a compliant with Tri-State Technical School, Wilmington Campus. I enrolled in an EKG program and paid the initial deposit of $350 to hold my seat. The day I had the appointment to tour the school, a lady let me a voicemail stating that the instructor had an emergency and the class would be cancelled all together. She emailed me a withdraw form that I was to fill out to get a full refund of my deposit. I filled out the form and faxed it the next day. Now it has been over a month and I still have not gotten a refund. When I email a lady at the school, she does not respond. When I call she tells me the same thing everytime, that she will call their billing department and check the status of my refund and give me a call back. I never get a call back or the refund. It has been well over their time frame of how long refunds take to process and I am getting know where with the situation. I explained to her, I do not understand why I would have to fill out a withdraw form for a class I never got to attend or wait for my deposit back when the reason I did not attend the class was none of my fault. She told me the billing department has up to 30days to process my refund. Now it is weeks over the 30 days since I faxed the form and I have faxed the form multiple times just incase. Now when I call she tells me she will contact the billing department and or that they still have not gotten my withdraw form. The withdraw form says nothing to substantial value just has me sign saying that im withdrawing from the program which I technically am not, since I never even got to attend. Nevertheless, I have been going back and forth with the school trying to get my refund so I can start another program at another school and have been getting no where with them so I need some help with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of my $350 deposited back into my account within 24 hours of them getting this notice. I have done what they asked me to do, waited the allotted time plus some and should not have to beg for my money back for something that I was in no way at fault for.
