The Revdex.com has been sending letters to a previous work address. Our office has moved that is why there has been a delay in responding to this complaint. Tri State (TS) was called in to assist a family that had a serve puffback in their home...

causing soot to affect the entire house. Suzanne S[redacted] (SS) had correspondence with the [redacted] representatives securing our services. TS made a appointment with the [redacted] family to pickup their fabric & textile items on May 27, 2014. At the time [redacted] (homeowner) was present and walked TS through his house. He signed TS documents giving authorization. TS documents all ask if the person not signing is not the owner please list their relationship to the owner. [redacted] stated "self" in this category. At the initial pickup all the fabric items could not be picked up so a 2nd pickup for the next day was scheduled. [redacted] was present again during the entire packet which lasted 4 hours. Photos were taken of the affected items during the process. The [redacted] items were brought back to the facility to start the restoration process. The [redacted] had requested emergency items be sent back so the family would have some items to wear for a wedding that they were attending. The initial order was delivered on June 10, 2014 and [redacted] signed a satisfaction form. Their items were completed approximately June 23, 2014. The [redacted] were contacted to schedule a delivery of their items but [redacted] stated they could not accept delivery since they did not have the space in their temporary house. A second order was delivered on September 11, 2014 to [redacted] place of business. The [redacted] were called numerous times throughout the rest of the year & also in January & February 2015 to attempt to deliver their items. The [redacted] did not schedule a delivery. On April 23, 2015 [redacted] asked to come to the facility with his public adjuster which was his representative. At that time all of the [redacted] items were placed in a conference room for [redacted] to inspect & scheduled for delivery. At that time [redacted] became belligerent and did not want to inspect the clothes. He stated he was only their to talk money because that is what he wanted. His representative from the public adjuster office stated that would try & calm [redacted] down and work out a solution. [redacted] stated in our office that he did not want the clothes anymore and if had to take delivery he would damaged them himself because he wanted to be paid for his clothes. The solution was determined that [redacted] would sign a delivery recap accepting his items as is condition and TS would be held harmless. TS has tried to schedule delivery of these items but the [redacted] have not responded. Because of these actions by the [redacted] family & representatives, TS feels a release should be signed.
