Hello, There is only one order in question here, as the customer has only placed one order in the year of This order was shipped out in the promised amount of time, and successfully delivered (verified by USPS tracking.) USPS misplaced the package, and it was not delivered until
weeks after the post office accepted and scanned the packageWe tracked the package down for the customer upon his original inquiry about the package, and confirmed with USPS that the problem was their mistake, and they were taking the appropriate measures to correct itWe informed the customer of this information, and asked him to be patient while USPS re-routed the package with the understanding it will would only take another weekBecause the product was going to be delivered, we refused to give a refund to this customerWe made an agreement with the customer that if the package was not delivered by the end of the week, we would reach out and refund the customerOur manager monitored the tracking number on this package for that week, insuring that it would arrive as promisedAnd it did, as promised. I believe the customer was unsatisfied with his products, and instead of dealing with us he chose to dispute the chargeUnderstandable if you've had a bad experience with a company, but I believe we did everything we could to assist him and get him what he paid forWe were more than willing to accommodate him appropriatelyI reached out to the customer today, as he filed this complaint with the Revdex.comI asked him if there was anything we could do to help resolve the issue, and he hung up on me after saying "not worried about it anymore.' We are sorry this happened, and we do our best to take care of our customersThis whole thing unfortunately, was rooted in a misplaced package and a customer that was unwilling to hear any explanation
